Crown Point Woods is a neighborhood of 51 custom-built homes on one-acre wooded homesites
located in Northwest Orange County between Lake Apopka and Ocoee.
With fast, easy entry to the new 429 beltway, Florida Turnpike, and East-West Expressway,
Crown Point Woods has convenient access to surrounding areas. The West Orange bicycle
trail is also only a short 1/2 mile ride by sidewalk from our neighborhood.
The large wooded lots and surrounding natural buffers provide shelter for many birds, squirrels,
and other animals, as well as insulating our neighborhood from the fast pace of our growing
city and towns.
Crown Point Woods began as a development by Wade Bradford in 1985. The neighborhood consisted of
36 lots in a loop called Crown Point Woods Circle. In 1989 15 more lots were added as phase II on
Log Landing Drive.
